There are  four (4) Floral Delivery Options:

• Same Day Floral Delivery: Orders will be delivered between 12:00 PM to  5:00 PM for business addresses and between 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM for residential addresses. 
  A fee of  $19.98 will apply
• Regular Floral Delivery - Next Day: Orders will be delivered between 9 AM to  5:00 PM for business addresses and between 9 AM to 7PM for residential addresses on the day you specify .  A fee of  $14.99 will apply
• Morning Floral Delivery Orders will be delivered by 12:00 noon on the day you specify.   
  A fee of $18.98 will apply
• Evening Floral Delivery option: Orders will be delivered between 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the day you specify.  
  A fee of $16.99 will apply

Please Note: Same day and holiday or high volume surcharges may apply.

Specific Delivery time (say by 2PM) is possible for most delivery areas. Please call us 1-888-912-5666 to place an order.

Next Day Floral Deliveries to areas outside of our Same Day (Greater Toronto, Ottawa, Greater Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax and Greater Vancouver) must be placed before 4:00 pm  

We do not deliver on Sunday (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are an exception)  and Statutory holidays: New Years, Easter, Victoria Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and Boxing Day.

Please provide specific instruction how to act if recipient is not home.
If we did not receive instructions from you it is up to our driver discretion to:

- leave package at next door neighbour
- leave package on the porch
- try to redeliver next day

Note: We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, etc...) and no refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible day.
